Regional job creation fund now open

The NSW Government has launched the NSW Regional Job Creation Fund

Who’s in?

Businesses looking to expand or establish operations in Regional NSW and create more than 5 FTEs are eligible for consideration under the Regional Job Creation Fund. The minimum grant is $100,000 and maximum grant is $10m (with a maximum 50% co-contribution from the NSW Government, subject to the number of jobs created). $20,000 is allocated per FTE created.

What can a grant be used for?

Grants may be used for capital and other expenses directly related to the delivery of eligible projects, including:

• the purchase of plant and equipment that requires additional workers to operate; and
• expanding built infrastructure to enable job creation activities.
